GrandMarc at Mazza Park is a 231-unit luxury student housing development being built on 22 acres approximately one mile from the University of Maryland in the town of College Park. This development will provide College Park with a vibrant new student housing community centered between the University of Maryland and the Capital Beltway. The University of Maryland is the largest university in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area with over 35,000 students.
