Phoenix designed these collegiate residential units as a four-story wood frame construction over a concrete structure containing residential units, retail space and underground parking. GrandMarc at Seven Corners is located on 1.88 acres on the northwest corner of South 19th Avenue and Cedar Street in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Located immediately adjacent to the University of Minnesota’s Twin Cities Campus, GrandMarc offers unequaled access to the second largest university in the United States.
