Highland Park Arcady Residence

Arcady is a 9,200 square foot remodel of a 1928 Georgian-style home in the prestigious Highland Park neighborhood in Dallas. Phoenix added approximately 4,000 square feet to the existing residence. The new space includes a master suite, nursery, family room, wine room, half-bath, and mudroom. All other rooms and stair hall were original to the home, except for the butlers pantry and kitchen, which went through an extensive remodel to accommodate a modern lifestyle. There were several specialty finishes and millwork details added to this home to make it luxurious and unique. Phoenix preserved the architectural integrity of this lovely residence in a neighborhood where many older homes are being torn down and replaced with new construction.
