Paseo Miramar

Paseo Miramar is an original remodel of a 1929 Spanish Colonial Revival home originally built for the Ziegfield Follies comedian/actress Fannie Brice. The original footprint of the home contained roughly 5,000 square feet of living space. Phoenix Property Company enclosed some of the outdoor porches and converted basement space, adding an additional 8,500 square feet. The home now contains five bedrooms, five full baths, two half-baths, with a formal living room, family room, dining room, media room, and wine room. The home sits on a sloped lot and has living space on three levels.
