WHAT WE CREATED
In a market in need of student housing, we delivered a first-in-class asset with 265 units (762 beds) primarily serving the University of Washington, the 15th largest university in the US. The podium-style project is designed as a luxury student housing community, comprising of a diverse assortment of unit layouts ranging from studios to five-bedroom unit plans.
WHY IT’S REMARKABLE
Trailside offers an amenity package that can’t be replicated in the market. The amenity package is highlighted by a .27 acre rooftop with views of Mount Rainier and a .32 acre event lawn inclusive of a trail connector that provides direct access to the Burke-Gilman Trail, a heavily used hike and bike trail that provides students with a 5-minute bike ride to the heart of campus.
